Reports have reached $afepro that at least 4 MSHA field offices in various states from east to west have a "Wall of Shame" on which the pictures of inspectors who conducted "0 citation" inspections are displayed. Another inspector is dispatched, often with the field office supervisory inspector, to re-inspect the "0 citation" site. Pictures of "supposed Hazards" and accompanying supposed citations are posted under his picture with the title that "inspector so and so" missed these or just did not do his job.

What sort of respect can Production Operators expect if this is the sort of respect MSHA extends its own employees?

If you have had a personal experience with this abusive scenario please let us know! Congress needs to hear about this.
